Tormentor, an emblematic Hungarian black metal band from the 1980s, shaped the genre fundamentally with their raw, aggressive sound and fierce melodies. Their influence extended beyond Hungary to Norway, attracting the attention of Mayhem. With Attila Csihar as vocalist from their 1985 founding and again since 1999, Tormentor established themselves as a key reference point for extreme metal. After limited live appearances over the years, the band returns to European stages, bringing their authentic dark energy to Black Temple for the first time in Greece.
