ΑΗ ΛΑΟΣ | Ευριπίδης-Λάγιος

Euripides' Trojan Women encounter the music of Dimitris Lagios in an original large-scale musical-theatrical production. Directed by Stelios Vrachnis, the work stages the ancient dramatic text alongside contemporary musical composition. The production features Giota Festa and Ioanna Pilihou in principal performance roles. This innovative collaboration unites classical dramatic material with modern musical sensibility in a distinctive artistic framework. The staging is part of a national tour presenting the work to audiences across Greece. The project represents a creative reimagining that brings theatre and music together through a contemporary artistic lens applied to an ancient source.
