AEF Friends

The Athens Festival stands as a leading cultural institution and remains one of Europe's oldest festivals. In 2026, it continues its tradition of uniting music, dance, and theatre. The festival operates through partnerships with significant Greek and international cultural organizations. Multiple venues contribute to the festival's scope, spanning from the Herod Atticus Odeum and the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus to the Piraeus 260 stages and selected spaces throughout Attica and the broader region. The programming centers on contemporary artistic creation with substantial international reach. Audiences are invited to participate in celebrations of cultural expression across these venues.
