Napalm Death have been Birmingham's grindcore standard-bearers for four decades, long enough to hold a Guinness record for the shortest song ever recorded and to land genuinely extreme noise on the album charts. The Campaign For Musical Destruction tour brings them to Gagarin with three support acts: Master, the death metal band fronted by Paul Speckmann, Australia's Brat and Finland's Goatburner. Frontman Barney Greenway pairs cookie-monster vocals with real politics, which is the whole point: brutal music that argues about something instead of coasting on the usual sex and drugs cliches.
