Giannis Kotsiras

Giannis Kotsiras performs at the Ionic Festival, a long-established cultural event organized by the Municipality of Nea Smyrni. Developed through decades of collective effort by municipal authorities and community members, the festival has become one of Greece's most significant open cultural festivals. It has sustained its commitment to quality programming without compromise over many decades. The festival combines theatrical works and musical concerts, allowing residents to select performances matching their preferences with accessible ticket pricing. Quality remains the municipality's foundational principle, deliberately avoiding ephemeral trends and cultural elitism while maintaining broad public appeal. Programming focuses on cultural substance and artistic merit across all genres and expressions.
