OFF THE HOOK Festival enters a new era with Skepta headlining at OAKA Olympic Stadium. One of Britain's most significant rap and grime figures, Skepta has shaped hip-hop culture for over a decade. As a Mercury Prize winner, he has recorded historic albums and sold-out large-scale performances. Alongside him, Greek rappers Toquel, Εθισμός, Vlospa, Gxhan and Lunar represent the contemporary domestic scene with distinctive aesthetics and notable achievements. Skepta's influence extends beyond music into fashion with his MAINS brand, film and visual arts. These include a 2024 short film appearance and a 2022 painting sold by Sotheby's. The festival presents a refreshed lineup marking the next chapter of the established rap celebration.
